About Me

 Hi everyone and welcome to Children’s SLP LLC! My name is Ali and I have been working as a pediatric speech language pathologist for over 10 years. I started my own business working with families privately 6 years ago because, well, I was asked to by multiple families. In my experience there are times where children are not making progress through traditional therapies offered by the school or insurance. These are the children and families I typically work with.

 The needs of all people are ever changing and can at times be extremely complex. I am passionate about working with the early childhood and autistic communities. I've worked extensively with families of children ages birth to five who have a variety of diagnoses such as receptive/expressive language delay, autism spectrum disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, global developmental delay, feeding and swallowing delays, sensory processing, and more.

My previous and continuing education ensures I always use best practice and neuro-diversity affirming, evidenced-based treatment. I pride myself on incorporating years of strategies (tools in my toolbox) from working side by side with wonderful mentors, fellow SLPs, OTs, PTs, etc. that have helped mold me into the speech language pathologist and certified autism specialist that I am today.
